    Floor plan diagram of the allocated space and warehouses in scale 1/50 in two copies endorsed by a licensed engineer who certifies that the conditions and technical specifications of article 4 of the Ministerial Decision no. The premises of the shop for the sale of modern movable monuments, unless stricter requirements are imposed by other provisions, must: (a) have a total area of at least 50 sq.m.; (b) have a minimum internal free height of at least 2,50 m.; (c) have an appropriate security system (alarm, etc.); (d) have fire extinguishing and fire protection facilities in accordance with a fire extinguishing study approved by the Fire Department; (e) have suitable adequate means of lighting and air conditioning and allow for proper cleaning and disinfection, in order to comply with the conditions and rules of good conservation and safety of movable monuments; (f) The shop for the sale of modern movable monuments and its storage facilities are not located in a basement; (g) access for persons with disabilities to the premises of the shop is ensured.

  • 1 Administrative Submission of the application

  • 2 Administrative The applicant must be established and carry out the activity in question in another Member State of the European Union or provide evidence of at least two years of activity in the trade of modern mobile monuments.

  • 3 Technical The applicant must have a suitable shop and storage area, which meets the requirements of article 4 of the Ministerial Decision with no. YPPO/DOEPY/TOPYNS/34668/11-4-2008 (GG 69 B). The shop and storage areas must be located in cities where the Ministry of Cultures Services responsible for the protection of cultural heritage are located. In island regions, shops for modern monuments shall be established only in the headquarters of a Region or Regional Unit.

  • 4 Labour The applicant is not recognised as a Collector of Monuments and does not practice a profession related or formerly related to the protection of monuments.

  • 5 Conditions for non-commission of criminal offenses The applicant has not been irrevocably sentenced for a felony or a violation of the legislation on the protection of cultural heritage or of forgery, bribery, theft, embezzlement or acceptance of the proceeds of crime.
