Τhe certificate of notification declaration is valid for 5 years.

An additional notification should be submitted by the interested party:

1. . 5 years from the end of the initial notification
2. . For any modification of the details of the notification, including the addition of a new or replacement of the scientist in charge.

In the event of departure of all its scientists in charge, the company must notify its staff of the addition of a new scientist in charge within fifteen (15) business days from the departure of the last scientist in charge. If the period of fifteen (15) business days elapses, the company must make an initial notification again .

The scientist in charge should undertake the obligation to declare to the Directorate of Plant Production Protection of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food if they leave the job in question.
