The complainant must clearly describe the undertaking and the specific location involved in the complaint, as well as the object of the infringement of the provisions on safety and health at work, in order to enable the complainants to be investigated.

Possession of passwords to enter software
For the submission of a complaint through the digital portal of the Labour Inspectorate by registered users, the possession of taxisnet codes is required for the identification and registration of the user in the electronic platform of the Labour Inspectorate (in the digital portal hli.gov.gr) and then codes to enter it.

Notes For the submission of the complaint, it is necessary to fill in accurately the details of the business to which the complaint relates (VAT number, company name, address, place of inspection), as well as the subject of the complaint. The complaint will be registered and automatically forwarded to the relevant Occupational Safety & Health Inspection Department. In the case of an anonymous complaint, the complainant cannot, at a later stage, request to be informed about the investigation of the complainants (outcome of the inspection, sanctions, etc.), as it is not possible to establish a reasonable or legitimate interest under conditions of anonymity. In order to submit a complaint, it is necessary to fill in accurately the details of the undertaking to which the complaint relates (VAT number, company name, address, place of inspection) and the subject of the complaint. The complaint will be registered and automatically forwarded to the relevant Occupational Safety & Health Inspection Department.
